Conference Updates and Announcements
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4TH, AT 11:59PM. After August 4th, you may contact the conference office at 877-733-1850 to register. Additionally, on-site registration will be available at the Convention Center between Vendor Halls B & C during the following hours:
Wednesday: (Pre-Registration) 9:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am to 5:30pm
Friday: 7:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Memorial Ceremony
Make plans to attend the Memorial Ceremony on Friday, August 13, in Room 128 at the Indiana Convention Center. This ceremony is to honor and remember men and women of the Indiana Fire and Emergency Medical Services who have passed away in the previous year and to recognize the sacrifices they have made to their communities and fellow man. The Memorial Ceremony is free to attend.
Flag-Raising Ceremony
We will open the exhibits on Thursday to a flag-raising ceremony inside the vendor hall, provided by Global Emergency Products. The event will begin at 12:30pm in the hallway outside the Wabash Room. A procession of conference attendees will follow the pipes and drums as they lead the way to Exhibit Hall B for the ceremony.
Cash Prize Drawing
The Indiana Firefighters Association will sponsor a $500 cash prize drawing that will be awarded at the banquet. Conference attendees will be required to visit the vendor show which will be held on Thursday and Friday of the conference and obtain a minimum of 25 signatures on the official card in order to qualify for the drawing. All those who enter must be present at the banquet to win.
Complimentary Shuttle Service This year, the Indiana Firefighters Association will provide a complimentary shuttle service inside the Convention Center. There will be two golf carts available during conference hours to shuttle conference attendees back and forth from the Maryland St./Capitol Ave. entrance to the location of the classrooms (across from Vendor Halls A & B).
