Day 1 - Wednesday,

8:00am - Golf Outing at Winding River Golf Course - Download the 2011 IERC Golf Outing Registration Form
8:00am to 5:00pm - Pre-Conference Courses
12:00pm to 1:00pm - Lunch (on your own)
1:00pm to 2:00pm - Meet and Greet: Randolph Mantooth/Dr. Bryan Bledsoe - Crowne Plaza, Illinois St. Ballroom
Admission to the “Meet and Greet: Randolph Mantooth/Dr.
Bryan Bledsoe” is by invitation only. 25 participants who
signed up for the
event in advance and who attended Firefighter
Rehabilitation and Medical Monitoring: A Guide to
NFPA 1584 presented by Dr. Bryan
Bledsoe will be picked by lottery.

service will be provided at the Crowne Plaza
entrance. Shuttle will arrive at the Crowne at 3:30pm and will leave for the Simms Tour and Reception no later than
3:45pm.)

offered from Crowne Plaza to Circle Center
Mall. Shuttle will return to Crowne
Plaza at 4:30pm.
8:00am to 8:45am - Opening Ceremony, Crowne Plaza, Grand Hall at Union Station
8:45am to 9:15am - Memorial Ceremony, Crowne Plaza, Grand Hall at Union Station
9:30am
to 10:30am – General Session featuring
guest speaker Josh Bleill
8:00am to 5:00pm - Exhibitor Move In/Set Up
9:30am to 6:15pm - Workshops, Indiana Convention Center
11:45pm to 1:30pm - Lunch (on your own)
1:30pm to 2:30pm – IFA Board Meeting of Membership at Crowne

8:00am to 10:15am - Exhibitor Move-In/Setup, Indiana Convention Center - Exhibit Hall I
8:00am to 6:15pm – Workshops, Indiana Convention Center
9:00am to 12:00 – Spouse Program: Spa Day at Studio 2000. Please call in advance for an appointment to ensure an open spot.
Shuttle service
offered from Crowne Plaza beginning at 9am, return to lunch at 12 noon for Lunch with Vendors.
10:30am to 5:30pm - Exhibits Open, Exhibit Hall I
10:30am 5:30pm - Flag Raising Ceremony (10:30 - 10:45 AM) and
Demonstrations on Main Stage - Exhibit Hall I.
11:30am to 1:00pm - Lunch with Vendors in Exhibit Hall (provided, click here to view the menu)
5:30pm - Exhibit Hall Closes, Tear Down/Move Out
6:45pm - IERC Registration at the Crowne Plaza - outside the Grand Hall
6:45pm to 9:30pm - Cocktails, followed by Awards Banquet at the Crowne Plaza Grand Hall at Union Station
