We would like to take a moment to express our great appreciation to the many supporters of the 2010 Indiana Emergency Response Conference. Your financial backing means a great deal to those who attend this conference and affords unique opportunities to improve skills, share ideas and to become familiar with your products and services.

To make this year’s event even better than ever, we need you!  You are invited to participate as a vendor at the 2011 Indiana Emergency Response Conference, which will be held August 17th – 20th at The Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis. (Same location as FDIC)

Your company will gain exposure to more than 500 attendees from across the state of Indiana. Our audience is primarily fire and emergency services personnel as well as law enforcement, government, healthcare professionals, and other emergency response agencies.

We are offering new levels of sponsorship and different sponsorship opportunities, which we hope you will find useful as a marketing tool. Vendors wishing to sponsor the conference at a particular level will have their company name listed in the program, conference web site, and on signage at the event. If you would like to be a sponsor, please register online. Prior to the conference, we will also provide an electronic list of attendees to all conference exhibitors. We are happy to add your company name and logo to our pre-event marketing campaign if your commitment is received by May 6th.

Reach a larger audience this year with online advertising! Take advantage of targeted marketing with an ad on our conference web site, online registration site, or even pay-per-click advertising on our conference Facebook page. The conference program includes: classroom lectures, general sessions with major speakers, practical skills sessions, and YOU in a large exhibit hall/demonstration area. New this year—Main Stage in the Vendor Hall! We will have scheduled times during the show when exhibitors can give a short demo, etc. on the main stage. Please let us know if you have an interest in this by contacting Terry Rake at rake@indianaerc.com. Also, we will once again hold lunch in the vendor hall during the show.
